It sure is! I believe its the class 4 FFL. you need several hundred dollars and 6 to 8 years to get one though. o and if you do use one for self defense while an FFL holder. kiss it and your guns goodbye. because in Illinois you have almost no reasonable expectation to defend yourself with a firearm.
