Can I shoot a handgun at a range without my parent if I'm nineteen and have a FOID card?

My FOID card is in the mail and I should get it any day now. I'm just wondering if when I do get it I'll be allowed to rent and shoot a gun at a range without parental supervision. I needed my parents to fill out part of the FOID application because I'm under 21 so I wanted to make sure.
