Ford Ranger VS Dodge Dakota?

get an s10. Dodge's are hunks of crap and harder to work on and rangers don't offer as much power and can can be PITA's for repairs. I've owned a few s10's, blazers, and jimmy's and they have never let me down in any respect. Great starter trucks that have good power and they are like lego's as far as modifcations like engine swaps, dress up etc. Seriously check into a 2nd gen (94-2004) because they have the 2.2L which nearly gets 30 mpg or the 4.3L get's 20-22 mpg and has decent power and they look awesome. If you want a REAL truck get a Syclone which is the worlds fastest production truck but expect to pay 5-10 grand easy lol. Seriously rangers and dodge's are garbage and ugly to boot so go with the s10. 1st gen s10's aren't bad either and are just as reliable as (new cars) and more reliable in my opinion (cooler as well).
