Why are americans fascinated by cowboys?

yes sometimes their Oder can be pretty offensive especially at branding time but REAL Cowboys have a healthy respect for the law and they may hold a grudge but they rarely go for vengeance, except in cases that involve their girlfriends, Family, dogs or their horses, in those cases it usually ends up with a bloody nose and sometimes a missing ear. their face and hands may be "brown as a berry" but if you ever saw one in his drawers he wouldn't be hard to spot in a dark room. we haven't used "yippee kay yay " since the 1950s and that term was used in an old movie which by the way the only thing they got right was the clothing most of the time and that was even wrong also. Cowboys are Cowboys and one of the only things left in America that is Truly American.
