Glock 26 vs sigp239? Or other 9mm?

Can't decide between these two. I'm trying to look for a 9mm iwb carry handgun. Which would you choose? What other gun would recommend? I'm about 5'4 and 150lb. Something easy to carry and conceal. I own a Taurus pt740 slim. A gun that is a little bigger than that would be nice.
