Lifting my jeep grand cherokee?

I have a 1995 jeep grand cherokee laredo 2wd inline 6 stock. I want to lift it when i get the money. Im thinking that i need a two inch suspension lift and i want to fit bf goodrich all terrains on it. I want a lift in order to make it look bad azz and rugged but i dont want to go overboard. I would appreciate input on a lift as well as tire size.. Thanks
